Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and includes a tracking number. The USPS estimates First Class mail with a delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from time order ships. This delivery time can vary especially during holidays and varies due to order processing time.

Most international orders ship USPS (United States Postal Service) @14.95. Shipping can take

2-4 weeks.  

Priority International Shipping is an option for the fee of $29.95. Shipping is about 2 weeks. Fill out special comments section to request international priority shipping and we will email you a shipping invoice via Paypal.

Note: Duties, Taxes and other fees are ther responsibility of the international customer.

 

For large orders of product shipped internationally, please email Stellar Girlz and we will send you a Paypal invoice with international shipping fees.

JEWELRY CARE:

Caring for your JEWELRY Purchase from stellar girlz -

 

Stellar Girlz jewelry pieces have been carefully designed and hand-crafted which sometimes results in slight differences in the color, size, and pattern of the materials used to create our fabulous jewelry pieces!

Most of the jewelry in the Stellar Girlz Collection is fashion jewelry, though some of our collection is made with sterling silver, brass, 14k gold plated, silver plated and semi-precious stones. Note that fashion  jewelry is made of materials such as glass stones and glass beads, synthetic stones and semi-precious stones rather than precious gems. Metals used in our jewelry pieces are usually brass, steel, and gold-plated  silver- plated.  Plated jewelry finishes may fade over time from natural wear and tear. Precautions in the care of your jewelry should be taken to help prevent some of the fading of the metals or changing in the metal colors over time.

 

To help care for your jewelry purchase, always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as perfumes, hair spray,lotions‚ household cleansers, pool water and ocean water.  Always remove rings before washing your hands or applying lotions, and when using other products.

 

Stellar Girlz recommends using a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, and any residues. Try to keep your jewelry from contact with water, if this happens, it is recommended that you dry it with a soft cloth due to the fact that moisture can damage jewelry surfaces and cause them to rust or the metals to have a pitted effect.

 

Please note that any gold-plated  and silver-plated jewelry will eventually tarnish or discolor if left out and exposed to the open air.(this means even inside your home) To prevent this from happening, store your pieces in a cool and dry places such as a jewelry box or lined case, always keeping the lid closed.  We love lined acrylic jewelry organizing boxes like the collection from GLAM boxes @ glamboxes.com – this way you can see your fabulous Stellar Girlz jewelry when choosing which pieces to wear for the day or night!

 

**We are not responsible for metals that tarnish or turn color due to the product/customer contact.  Metals, including sterling silver all react differently with contact to skin, contact to water, lotions and other products. As noted above, metal can tarnish over time - even short periods of time**

 

Return Policy: 

Returns are gladly accepted in the event that you have received a damaged / incorrect item. No order cancellations. Please inspect all orders immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged / incorrect, please contact us immediately. All returned merchandise must be authorized by a Stellar Girlz representative or the return for the same item exchange will not be accepted. Additionally, the items will not be accepted if held more than 7 days of US delivery. We will work with each customer to make the customer happy!
